Bollinger R.D 1999 Champagne Magnum 150cl is presented in a Wooden Magnum Gift Box, this is Bollinger R.D.'s next vintage the 1999 - the 22nd edition.

With 63 % Pinot Noir and Chardonnay 37% the 1999 is an intense luminous golden colour. On the nose great depth with notes of cashew nuts, honey, caramelised apple tart paired with savoury aromas of undergrowth, wild mushrooms.

Complex aromas of mocha, cocoa, truffle, this Bollinger R.D 1999 has great structure and extremely long length. The dosage is very light. 3-4 g/l

RD ages in cellars for at least 8 years.

Excellent with Risotto and mushroom dishes, Truffles, Game as well as mature hard cheeses such as Comte or Gruyere.

Serve between 10-12°C.
